Mayo High School. What comes to mind when you think of Mayo? People say they do not like it and others say they love it. Personally, I would go to Hartsville, if I could, but my parents won't let me transfer. What do you really think about Mayo? Do you like it or not?
I personally i have some likes and dislikes about Mayo High School. Some of my likes are it has breaks and intramural club so i can ball and have fun and go to Mrs.Miller everyday. During intramural club we play basketball, volleyball and football and we compete against by our grade levels and i think that is wonderful. Also you have fun in Mrs.Miller class by doing lessons out of the book everyday and seeing her wonderful smile.At mayo you have a small school so you know every one have fun and learn more. Some of dislikes that our break is nothing but five minutes you can't spit your game in five minutes. Also i don't like how long we stay in each class i think 90 minutes is way to much.

ReplyDeleteThere are many things that I enjoy at Mayo. The things I do enjoy are the new friends that I have made and the four block schedule. I enjoy those two things because with the four block schedule, you can get homework done in the classroom and not have so much to worry about once you get home.
Things that make me want to go to HHS is the amount of class time you have in class, but it can also be a good thing also.
So, as before, there are things that I like very much about Mayo, but then there are things that make me want to go to HHS.
I really think everyone enjoys Mayo. I think some people just don't like it because its a little more work than and average high school.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I love Mayo I try not to think about the bad about the school. Well , actually its not bad . Teachers here are trying to get us ready for the college environment and help us learn anything we don't know.
I really like Mayo but not the work but if I am going to be here,I have no choice but get the job done.I think everyone loves this school but not the work.I love Mayo.
